We repeat what we don’t repair.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a long-term and fluid approach that prioritizes an equal understanding of your current life, personal history, and internal experiences. It is a collaborative process to help find long term strength and confidence through life’s transitions.
I offer a warm and authentic approach in a supportive space. I use a trauma focused and culturally informed framework with each client, as well as prioritizing the therapeutic relationship and intersecting identities.
Therapy is a collaborate process that asks one to share vulnerable and intimate experiences. Finding a therapist that fits your needs is crucial. My hope is that, together, we can build a bond full of trust, mutual respect, and openness in order to help you feel your best.
I believe that regardless of gender, age, race, religion, ethnicity, disability, socio-economic status, nationality, and sexuality, that people should be valued, celebrated, and loved for their differences.
