Investing in you.

Dr. Sara Fried is currently accepting private pay clients, or, “out of network”. This means she does not take insurance.

Benefits of Privately paying:

  • Allows for a tailored approach to your specific treatment needs and goals, rather than adhering to an insurance company plan or being bound to a diagnosis.

  • Private pay also protects your confidential health information and therapy from third party interference.

We will discuss fees and payment policies during inquiry and onset of treatment. A monthly statement of services billed will be provided upon request which can be submitted for reimbursement through your insurance company. Reimbursement rates vary by insurance company and plan, so it is encouraged each client calls their provider for further clarification.

Cash, check, Venmo, HSA, and credit cards are accepted.

Good Faith Estimate

In 2022, the American Psychological Association adopted the “No Surprise Act”. This means since I do not accept insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges at the beginning of your treatment.
